Return, Exchange & Damaged Product Policy

1. No Return & No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
All products sold on our website are final sale.
Once the goods are sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
We request customers to inspect their order at the time of delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective item, or
- a wrong product,
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- your order number,
- clear photos/videos of the product, and
- images of the packaging.
After verifying the issue, our team will provide an appropriate resolution.
3. Conditions for Claims
Claims will only be accepted if:
- The product is unused and unwashed,
- original tags and packaging are intact,
- proof of damage/wrong item is shared within the specified timeframe.
Requests made after the allowed time period may not be accepted.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
